Strength + Conditioning 

55 Minutes

2x a Week (Compound Strength / VO2 max conditioning)

 

Every session blends the best of performance and progression, powerful erg machine intervals, targeted free weight strength work, athletic plyometric, and core training that builds stability from the inside out.

 

Strong Collective workouts are designed for balanced, total-body results, but you can build on your routine with our run club or extra conditioning sessions.

Getting Ready

Our squads (6 people) meet every Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday for a strength-focused training session with just the right mix of challenge and accountability.

Expect expert programming, quality coaching and a quick post-session catch-up to connect over goals, wins and maybe a coffee or two.

Run Club, Strength, HIIT, pilates, yoga, and more so you can design a weekly training routine that suits your schedule and goals.

Community

More than a gym, we organise monthly social events and support squad camaraderie with dedicated WhatsApp groups.
