What a session looks like

Every session is 55 minutes and follows a structure designed to build - not just burn.

PHASE 1 = Compound strength work - deadlifts, squats, presses, rows.  Coached and progressed week on week based on where you are.

PHASE 2 = High-output intervals.  Cardiovascular capacity that actually carries into everyday life.

PHASE 3 = Plyomentric and core work.  Movement quality, power, injury prevention.

The programme is built to compound and progress over time.  Not just exhaust you once and hope you come back.
