We’re excited to launch Strong Collective, our new and improved small group training programme designed to help you build strength, move better and feel your absolute best.
But this isn’t just a new name. It’s a smarter way to train.

Why Strong Matters
Strength isn’t just about lifting heavier, it’s about moving with confidence, preventing injury and supporting your body for life. Our new Strong Collective format blends functional strength training, compound lifts and recovery-focused movement to help you:
Build lean muscle (which helps you burn more calories at rest)
Improve mobility, posture and energy
Train with purpose in a small, supportive group
With sessions capped at just 6 people, every rep is coached, every session is structured and you get the attention you need and deserve.
The New & Improved Format
Each 45-minute session follows a clear, repeatable flow
Mobility Warm-Up – Prepare your body and prevent injury
Compound Strength Block – Build muscle and confidence under load
Metabolic Functional Strength – Boost your heart rate and burn calories
Recovery Finish – Foam rolling, massage guns and guided reset
And with our newly designed dedicated training space upstairs, you’ll experience a fresh environment built to support your strength journey.
More Than Just Training
Strong Collective is also about connection and community. That’s why we’re introducing a series of wellbeing events to complement your training:
Forest Bathing – Slow down, breathe deeply and reset in nature
Run Clubs – Build cardio, accountability and community
Strength Challenges – Test your progress and celebrate your wins
These events give you space to connect with others, deepen your wellbeing, and make your training a part of a fuller, more energised lifestyle.
3 Complimentary Sessions for Friends
To celebrate the launch, we’re giving every member 3 complimentary sessions you can share with friends or family.
It’s a great way to train together and introduce others to the power of Strong Collective.
Let’s build something stronger - together.
